摘  要:考虑橡胶材料具有超弹性、大变形等特点,根据伸缩式止水水封的受力特点,利用力学基本原理,设计出一种利用水库库压自行封闭的高压闸门水封,并结合某一大型水电工程进行了试验研究.指出了高压闸门水封水密性的变化规律和封头间隙对此的影响,给出了自封闭式水封在不同库压水平下的安全余量.试验结果表明:在高压闸门上使用自封闭式水封是可行的.这为自封闭式水封的工程应用提供了有益的试验依据.Considering the characteristics of hyperelasticity and large deformation of the rubber material,a kind of water seal for the high pressure gate has been designed based on the loading feature of the flexible water seal and basis mechanics theory which takes advantage of the reservoir water pressure.Some experimental tests have been carried out combining a large-scale hydropower project where the change rule of the seal ability for the water seal and the effect of the gap between the water seal and plate have been pointed out; and safety margin of the self-closed water seal under different reservoir water pressure level have been given.The results indicate that it is feasible to use the self-closed water seal on the high pressure gate,so as to provide some beneficial test data for its engineering application.
