摘　　要：以集中撮合模式中"高低匹配"的思想为基础,从提高交易的竞争性和保证交易的公平性的角度,对发电权交易的定价机制进行研究,从交易双方范围和成交价格两个方面对集中撮合的竞价规则进行了改进.设计了统一的成交价格,分析该统一价格的可操作性,并给出算例证明该统一价格的优越性,同时对该价格的局限性做出评价.This paper researches pricing mechanism in generation rights trade in terms of improving competitiveness and keeping fairness of the trade based on the idea of high-low matching in matching trade model.It improves the bid rules of matching trade model from the respect of contract parties scale and transaction price.It designs the uniform transaction price,then analyses its operability and proofs its advantage by an example.Furthermore,it evaluates the limitations of the transaction price.
