非手术治疗儿童闭合性股骨干骨折治疗规范的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨非手术治疗儿童闭合性股骨干骨折的临床治疗规范。方法:回顾性分析193例儿童闭合性股骨干骨折患者的诊疗过程,其中A组(102例)采用新治疗规范,B组(91例)采用旧治疗规范,通过观测总体疗效、骨折愈合时间、肢体功能恢复时间比较两组的临床疗效。结果:两组总体疗效均为治愈,两组间骨折愈合时间、肢体功能恢复时间比较,A组均短于B组(P<0.05)。结论:新治疗规范具有缩短骨折愈合时间,促进肢体功能恢复的优点,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the standard of nonoperative therapy on closed femoral shaft fracture in children.Methods：193 cases of children＇s closed femoral shaft fracture were retrospectively analyzed.The cases were divided into two groups,the new iatreusis standard was applied in Group A（102 cases）while the old iatreusis standard was applied in Group B（91 cases）.The total curative effect,union time of fracture and recovery time of lower limb function in the two groups were observed and compared.Results：All the cases achieved bone union.The union time of fracture and recovery time of lower limb function of Group A were shorter than those of Group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：The new standard has advantages as decurtating healing time of fracture and promoting recovery of the limb function.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
