中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将符合标准的116例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,每组58例。治疗组采用中药外敷治疗,对照组采用电磁波理疗。治疗2个疗程后对两组患者的疗效进行评定。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(u=2.830,P=0.003)。结论:中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the curative effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） on lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods：116 LDH patients met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,58 cases in each group.Patients in treatment group were administrated with external application of TCM,while the others in control group were administrated with physiotherapy of electromagnetic wave.The curative effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results：The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,there was statistical difference between the 2 groups（u=2.830,P=0.003）.Conclusion：The method of external application of TCM has an exact curative effect on LDH,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
