摘  要:目的:探讨正常长骨生长板的磁共振成像(MR I)表现和分期,并对其进行序列优化。方法:使用高场MR I对40例发育期研究对象膝关节行冠状位及矢状位不同序列扫描,对其进行统计学分析。结果:根据不同的MR I表现将其分为生长板形成前期、形成期、平衡期和闭合期四期。前三期生长板软骨在SE序列T1W I上为中等信号,T2W I和PDW I上为中等信号或高信号,GRE序列上呈高信号,且60°翻转角显示最佳,但闭合期各序列上均表现为低信号。结论:MR I可作为长骨生长板分期推测依据,GRE序列对生长板显示最好,SE序列T1W I与GRE序列(60°翻转角)联合使用最佳。Objective: To explore MRI appearances and different stages of growth-plate of the long bones,and optimized by its sequence.Methods: 40 cases were examined to knees by high field scanning system with various orientations and sequences,and were analyze by statistical analysis.Results: According to MRI,we divided the evolution of growth-plate into the earlier forming stage of growthplate,the forming stage,the maintaining stage and the closing stage.From the earlier forming stage to the the maintaining stage the growth plate showed intermediate signal intensity(SI) on SE TIWI,intermediate or high SI on T2WI and PDWI,high SI always on GRE sequences,and were display best in the 60°,but at the closing stage single hypointense band on all pluse sequences.Conclusion: MRI can be used as the basis of speculating dividing the growth-plate of long bones by stages,the GRE sequence is better than others,and MRI studies of the growth-plate had better at least include SE TIWI and GRE(60°) sequence.
