摘  要:在装药发射安全性试验中,只有落锤的冲击载荷与膛压曲线较为相近时,落锤冲击试验结果才有意义。落锤冲击载荷特性与多种因素有关,通过对各种因素的调整,使落锤冲击载荷与膛压曲线吻合是落锤法进行装药发射安全性试验的前提,也具有一定难度。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性有限元软件对落锤冲击载荷作用下炸药装药内部压力的变化过程进行数值模拟,通过改变落锤的高度、落锤的质量以及炸药装药的高度,来研究炸药装药内部的动态响应特征(压力变化的过程)。模拟实验的结果表明:落锤的高度、落锤的质量以及炸药装药的高度对炸药装药内部压力都有影响;落锤的质量和炸药装药高度对压力脉冲作用时间宽度有影响,而落锤的高度对压力脉冲作用时间没影响。In safety experiment of explosive charge,only if the curve of dropping hammer impact loading is similar to that of chamber pressure,the result of droping hammer impact test is meaningful.There are many factors influencing load characteristics of dropping hammer impact,by adjustment of which the curve of dropping hammer impact loading may approach to the chamber pressure,this is the premise of safety experiment of explosive charge with dropping hammer,and it is difficult.ANSYS/LS-DYNA nonlinear finite element analysis software was used to simulate the pressure change process in internal explosive charge under dropping hammer impact loading.With changing the drop height,the weight of dropping hammer and the height of explosive charge,the dynamic response(pressure) in internal explosive charge was studied.Numerical simulation results show that the drop height,the weight of dropping hammer and the height of explosive charge have an impact on the pressure in internal explosive charge;the weight of dropping hammer and the height of explosive charge have an impact on the time width of pressure pulse,while the drop height does not.
