摘 要:应用网络监控机械手的视觉系统,能够使机械手智能地完成目标物体的寻找、识别和搬运。为了使机械手能够准确到达某一位置进行视觉识别而避免目标丢失,综合视觉系统方案、图像采集和图像处理等技术,提出了采用Eye-in-Hand视觉系统、USB摄像头和VFW结合进行图像采集,并利用新型Blob算法对目标物体进行图像处理的设计方法。该视觉系统提高了机械手的工作效率,降低了系统的复杂性,保障了远程监控的实时性。The application of visual system of network monitored manipulator is able to make mechanical hands intelligently search, identify and move the object. In order to achieve the target that mechanical hands accurately can identify the location of the object, visual system, image acquisition and processing techniques are comprehensively considered. This kind of method is based on the combination of Eye-in-Hand vision system, USB camera and VFW in image acquisition and a new Blob arithmetic for image processing. The visual system of remote monitored manipulator improves the efficiency of mechanical hands, reduces the complexity of system and ensures the real-time property of remote monitoring.
