摘　　要：目的:讨论应用锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:总结采用LCP治疗股骨粗隆间骨折36例。结果:所有患者获得随访,平均随访12个月,全部骨性愈合,无髋内翻、下肢短缩,无钢板螺钉滑脱、折断,无加压钉穿出股骨头、位置不良等并发症,患肢功能优良率为94.4%。结论:LCP治疗股骨粗隆间骨折是一种有效可靠的内固定方法。Objective To discuss clinical effects of treating femoral intertrochanteric fractures（FIF） with locking compression plates fixation.Methods 36 patients with FIF were selected in this study and received internal fixation with locking compression plates（LCP）.Results All patients were followed up for 5 months to 20 months and the mean follow-up was 12 months.The fractures all healed during 3 months to 6 months after the operation.No complications occurred,such as hip varus,shortening of lower extremity,infections,and break of plate or crew.Good and effective rate of the fractured hip function was 94.4%.Conclusion LCP fixation is an effective method for FIF.
