哮平方防治小儿支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察哮平方防治小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 80例小儿支气管哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为2组,治疗组采用哮平方口服,对照组采用玉屏风颗粒口服,疗程3个月,观察2组临床疗效,并检测用药前、后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化,并与正常组30例对照。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率77.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗前外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8低于正常组(P<0.05),CD4/CD8比值低于正常组;治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较CD3、CD4、CD8均有改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,CD4、CD4/CD8有明显差异;治疗后治疗组与正常值比较,CD3、CD4、CD8均趋于正常。结论哮平方能改善小儿支气管哮喘缓解期临床症状,降低哮喘发作频率,防治小儿支气管哮喘疗效确切,且具有调节免疫的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoping formula on the treatment of remission phase of children bronchial asthma and T lymphocyte subset.Methods 80 patients with remission phase of children bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group were orally given Xiaoping formula.Patients in control group were treated by Yupingfeng granule.The course was three months in two groups.The therapeutic effect and changes of T lymphocyte subset levels in peripheral blood were observed before and after medication.These results were compared with 30 cases in normal group.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（90%） was higher than that in control group（77.5%,P〈0.01）.CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 in control and treatment groups before treatment were lower than those in normal group（P〈0.05）.CD3,CD4 and CD8 in treatment groups after treatment were improved.There was obvious difference between control group and treatment group on CD4 and CD4.CD8 after medication（P〈0.05）.CD3,CD4 and CD8 in treatment groups after treatment were same as those in normal group.Conclusion Xiaoping formula can improve the clinical symptoms of remission phase of children bronchial asthma,reduce frequency of asthmatic attack,and regulate immunity.
