菊蓝清毒煎剂治疗甲型H1N1流感轻症52例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察菊蓝清毒煎剂治疗甲型H1N1流感轻症的临床疗效。方法将103例甲型H1N1流感轻症患者随机分为2组,治疗组52例采用菊蓝清毒煎剂,对照组51例在治疗组治疗基础上加用奥司他韦。观察2组退热时间、咽拭子阴转时间及平均住院时间。结果 2组退热时间、咽拭子阴转时间及平均住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论菊蓝清毒煎剂对甲型H1N1流感轻症疗效肯定,可迅速退热,缩短流感病程。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Julan Qingdu decoction on the treatment of influenza A（H1N1）.Methods 103 mild cases with H1N1 influenza were randomly divided into two groups.52 cases in treatment group were treated with Julan Qingdu decoction,while patients in control group（n=51） received oseltamivir and Julan Qingdu decoction simultaneously.The defervescence time,clearance time of nasopharyngeal swab and hospital stay were observed.Results There was no significant difference on defervescence time,clearance time of nasopharyngeal swab and hospital stay（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Julan Qingdu decoction can efficiently cure H1N1 influenza,and defervesce rapidly,improve influenza-like symptoms,shorten the course of the disease.
