摘　　要：哈萨克跨国民族和平跨居问题的研究多从国家层面、政治经济领域展开,相关研究注意到民间互动对构建和平跨居意义重大,但并未深入分析。从哈萨克族的民族历史、文化特征来探讨民间交往存在的客观原因、不同历史时期民间交往对我国新疆地区哈萨克族的跨国交往所产生的影响、以及目前存在的问题等,可以加深对我国西北边疆跨国民族的研究和认识,进一步促进中哈两国人民的和平跨居。This paper has explored the objective reasons of civil interaction and its impact on the Xinjiang region of China′s cross-Kazakhstan relations and the existing problems in different historical periods from the perspective of the Kazakh national history and cultural features.In this way can we deepen our study and understanding of cross-national nationalities in China′s northwest frontier in order to further promote China-Kazakhstan peaceful transnational residence.
