任弼时与湘鄂川黔根据地党的组织建设

摘　　要：任弼时作为中国共产党第一代领导集体重要成员,在创建湘鄂川黔根据地的过程中,始终坚持党的领导,加强根据地党的组织建设工作,为创建、巩固和发展根据地作出了重要历史贡献。一是在红军中大力恢复和健全各级党组织,借鉴毛泽东"支部建在连上"的建党思想,特别强调在连队建立党支部;二是重视地方基层党组织建设;三是大力发展党员,培养党的干部队伍。任弼时关于党的组织建设的思想,内容丰富,意境深远,在理论与实践上都有重要建树,对丰富和发展毛泽东的建党思想作出了贡献。During the building of Xiang-E-Chuan-Qian base area,Ren Bishi,as an essential member of the first generation of the collective leadership of CPC,always adhered to the leadership of the Party,strengthened the construction of the Party′s organization,and made great historical contributions to the formulation,consolidation and evolution of the base areas.The first contribution is the vigorous restoration and perfection of Party organizations at all levels.By borrowing from MAO Zedong′s Party building thought ＂Party branch in Company＂,Ren Bishi particularly emphasized establishment of the Party branch in the company.The second one is his focus on local grass-root Party construction.The third one is his great effort in developing Party members and cultivating the Party cadres.Ren Bishi′s thought about the construction of the Party′s organization is rich in content and artistic conception and with important accomplishment both in theory and practice,which greatly contributed to the enrichment and development of MAO Zedong thought about the Party building.
