脂脉宁对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察中药复方制剂脂脉宁对酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-8含量的影响,以探讨其治疗AFL的可能作用机制。方法:采用喂饲高脂饲料配合白酒灌胃法复制AFL大鼠模型,实验分组为正常组、模型组、阳性药(东宝肝泰片)对照组和脂脉宁高、低剂量组。观察各组大鼠血清TC、TG、AST、ALT、TNFα-和IL-8的含量以及肝组织病理形态学变化的影响。结果:脂脉宁能明显降低实验大鼠TC、TG、AST、ALT、TNFα和IL-8的含量,改善肝脏病理损害。结论:脂脉宁具有改善肝功能,减少TNF-α和IL-8的分泌,调节免疫的作用,能防治AFL。Objective:through observing the effect of Zhimaining on TNFαand IL-8 in Serum of Rats with Alcoholic Fatty Liver,to explore the functional mechanism in treating AFL.Methods:AFL rats models were made by feeding high fat diet together with alcohol toxicity,then divided into normal group,model group,control group of positive(Dongbao Gantai Tablet),high and low dosage groups of Zhimaining.To examine the contents of TC,TG,AST,ALT,TNFαand IL-8 in Serum and the effect on pathological changes in liver tissue of each group.Results:Zhimaining could significantly decrease the contents of TC,TG,AST,ALT,TNFαand IL-8 in serum and improve the liver pathological injury.Conclusion:Zhimaining can improve the liver function,reduce the secretion of TNFαand IL-8,regulate the immune and prevent AFL.
