摘  要:研究了用固体杂多酸磷钨酸(HPW)为催化剂,直接法合成聚乳酸。结果表明磷钨酸有催化直接合成聚乳酸的效果。以红外光谱(FTIR)和XRD检测,确定磷钨酸结构和晶形结构。并通过红外光谱(FTIR)分析及粘度法对聚乳酸的结构及相对分子质量进行检测。实验得出了以磷钨酸为催化剂合成聚乳酸的较为适宜的工艺条件,催化剂用量为乳酸质量的0.5%,真空度2 kPa,温度170℃,反应时间6 h。得到的聚乳酸的粘均分子质量为6.7×103。Synthesis of polylactides by direct condensation polymerization catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid was studied.The results show that the phosphotungstic acid has better effect on the synthesis,and is easy to be separated from synthetic product.Structure and crystalline structure of phosphotungstic acid were determined by infrared FTIR and XRD.Microstructure and viscosity average molecular weight of PLA were investigated by Fourier transform infrared FTIR and viscosity meter.The appropriate reaction conditions were as follows:dosage of the catalyst 0.5wt % of that of lactic acid,temperature 170 ℃,time 6 h,vacuum degree 2 kPa.The viscosity average molecular weight of PLA prepared under above conditions was 6.7×10^3.
