摘　　要：海上试验场的建成可为海洋科学研究、海上技术装备的研发、测试、评价等提供科学有效的试验环境,并可获取长期连续、要素完备的数据资料。可为海洋调查观测技术装备的现场试验和定标检验、海洋观测监测方法研究、海洋学数学模型检验、水下通讯和组网试验、水下传感器网络试验、卫星遥感器在轨现场定标和检验以及军事海洋学研究等科学活动提供技术服务平台。对于快速提升我国海洋技术装备和海洋科学研究水平,实现科技兴海战略具有重要意义。The maritime experimental field could provide scientific and effective conditions for marine scientific research,marine technology developing,marine instruments testing and obtain continuous and complete data.It is also be helpful to provide the platform for some marine scientific activities such as the field and calibration test of marine observing equipments,research of marine observing technology,underwater communication,marine military research and so on.The maritime experimental field will help us improve the level of marine equipments and research and promote marine economy development with science and technology.
