摘 要:提出了浆纱过程中分纱力的定义及测试方法.以浆纱过程中的经纱密度、压浆力、浆纱速度为试验因子设计正交试验,运用分纱力测试仪测定浆纱过程中分纱力的值,研究了这3个因子分别对分纱力的影响程度及其显著性.结果表明:经纱密度对分纱力的影响最大,压浆力次之,浆纱速度最小;同时显著性分析得出经纱密度的F比为33.638,大于F0.0(52,2)的值,也可知经纱密度对分纱力的影响显著.The definition of split force and testing method are raised.The warp density,force of pressure roller and operating speed of sizing machine in the sizing process are selected as test factors to design orthogonal test,and the value of split force is detected by split force tester,which aims to study respectively the affective degree of those factors for split force,and analyze whether the influence is significant.The experiment results indicate that warp density has maximum impact on the split force;the effect of force of pressure roller is minor;the effect of operating speed of sizing machine is minimum;the analysis of influence significance shows F ratio of warp density is 33.638,which is above F0.05(2,2),so the affective degree of warp density for split force is significant.
