摘  要:用非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(MEE-8)与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3)复配作为乳化剂制备氨基硅油微乳液,分析乳化剂复配比例、乳化剂用量、pH值等因素对氨基硅油微乳化的影响,确定制备plus氨基硅油微乳液的优化条件,对由此得到的氨基硅油微乳液进行一系列的性能测试.并通过对体系加水过程中相行为的研究,绘制了包含液晶区域和O/W型氨基硅油微乳液区域在内的局部拟三元相图.结果表明,当MEE-8∶AEO3=4∶6、复合乳化剂用量占氨基硅油质量的45%、乳液pH值为5.5~6.5时,可获得固含量为30%、透光度为95%、体系均匀稳定的氨基硅油微乳液,此氨基硅油微乳液能较好地改善织物的柔软性和抗静电性,且在应用过程中性能保持稳定.The stable amino-silicone microemulsion is prepared by non-ionic surfactant of MEE-8 and AEO3 as emulsifier.The influences of the match and content of emulsifier,pH value etc on the amino-silicone microemulsion formation are analyzed,and the optimum condition for preparing amino-silicone microemulsion is confirmed.A series of tests for amino-silicone microemulsion are carried out.Through the studies of phase behavior,the part pseudoternary phase diagram is drawn that including the liquid crystal region and oil-in-water amino-silicone oil microemulsion region.The results show that the stable amino-silicone microemulsion with 30% solid mass fraction and 95% transmittance can be gotten when the ratio of MEE-8 and AEO3 is 4∶6,amount of emulsifier is 45% of the amino-silicone and the optimum pH value of microemulsion is 5.5-6.5;this amino-silicone oil microemulsion can be better to improve the soft and antistatic property of the fabric,and the performance of microemulsion remained stable in these process.
