摘　　要：分析总结国内外水资源合理配置理论方法,提出了水质水量联合配置是未来水资源合理配置的发展趋势。探讨了南方经济跨越式发展地区水资源合理配置的内涵,并结合南方经济跨越式发展地区水资源条件详细阐述了南方经济跨越式发展地区水资源配置的具体内容。The principles and cases of the rational water allocation inside and outside China have been summarized.The combined allocation of water quality and quantity is the trend of the future water resources allocation development.The connotation of rational water resources allocation in the South China with the leapfrog economic development was studied and based on the specific situations the main contents of the allocation scheme was illustrated.
