摘　　要：当前和今后一段时期,是广西北部湾经济区经济社会实现跨越式发展的重要时期,也是从传统水利向现代水利和可持续发展水利转变的关键时期。在概述区域水资源安全态势基础上,依据区域空间结构,提出了区域水资源安全保障机制的总体框架、主要内容和保障措施。The period from now till the near future is the prime time to realize the leapfrog social and economic development in North Bay Economic Zone in Guangxi.It is also an important period to transform the traditional water conservancy to modern and sustainable water conservancy.The water resources security situation in this region has been introduced and according to the dimensional structure,the framework,main contents and measures to guarantee the water resources safety have been illustrated.
