Badila在崖城系列亲本及甘蔗新品种选育中的利用

摘　　要：在过去50多年中,广州甘蔗糖业研究所海南甘蔗育种场以Badila(热带种)作为高贵化育种的起始亲本,选育了大批含割手密、大茎野生种和斑茅等野生种质血缘的崖城系列亲本;其中值得一提的是,Badila与本地割手密的杂交后代产生了崖城71-374、崖城84-125和湛蔗74-141等一批重要的生产性杂交亲本。利用这些亲本已育成32个生产品种。迄今,以Badila与栽培品种杂交选育的亲本材料育成的品种有5个。以Badila与大茎野生种、斑茅杂交,选育了大批优良杂种后代,虽然迄今尚未育成生产品种,但近年来斑茅蔗BC1、BC2杂种的育成却标志着斑茅利用取得了重大的突破。During the past fifty years,Hainan Sugarcane Breeding Station（HSBS）,Guangzhou Sugarcane Industry Research Institute used Badila（a noble cane cultivar） as an initial parent for nobidization of wild germplasm,producing a number of YC-series parents derived from newly used clones of S.spontaneum L.,S.robustum Brandes and Jeswiet ex Grassl and Erianthus arundinaceus（Retz.） Jeswiet.What is worth mentioning is that a batch of important parents derived from the crosses of Badila with native S.spontaneum,such as YC71-374,YC84-125 and ZZ74-141 etc.,have being in common use in the national sugarcane breeding program.These parents have produced 32 released varieties.So far there were 5 varieties released by using the parents derived from the crosses of Badila with commercial varieties.Although no commercial varieties were produced from crossing Badila with S.robustum clones and E.arundinaceus clones to date,a number of elite hybrids and back crossing progeny have been selected for further use.It was the obtainment of BC1 and BC2 progeny from E.arundinaceus that symbolized a breakthrough in the utilization of Erianthus in recent years.
