火溪河流域梯级电站基于低碳经济下的水电开发新思路

摘　　要：20世纪以来,人类在工业化道路上的高速发展已使能源问题日益突出,水电资源作为能大规模开发使用的可再生清洁能源是低碳经济时代的首选能源。当前,我国正处于水电开发的高峰期,但整个行业对基于低碳经济的水电开发之路还没有深刻的思考。根据四川华能涪江公司对火溪河流域梯级电站的开发实例,对基于低碳经济的水电开发理念、模式、方法进行了详细阐述。Since 20th century,high speed development in industrialization has made energy problems increasingly intense,therefore,water power resources become preferred energy source in low-carbon economy age used as renewable and clean energy source developed and utilized in large scale.China currently is at the peak of hydropower development,however,how to develop hydropower project under low-carbon economy condition in this industry is not deeply thought.In this paper,cascade hydropower development in Huoxi river basin undertaken by Sichuan Huaneng Hujiang Hydropower Corporation based on hydropower development concept,mode and method under low-carbon economy condition is described in detail.
