摘　　要：采用文献法、调查法等研究方法,通过对河南省十七个地市体校有关竞技体育后备人才培养方面的现状进行了深入的调查和了解,在专家和校长的调查访谈基础上,经过认真细致的研究,提出河南省竞技体育后备人才的发展对策及建议。By way documentary-using,interview-investigationg,this essay aims at investigating and understanding the current situation about cultivating talented athletes in the field of competitive sports in 17 local competitive sports schools in Henan province.in accordance with the development rules of competitive sports itself and the laws of market,competitive sports in our province as well as in local competitive sports schools.
