摘 要:计时定距线膛炮武器系统测速方法大多采用炮口测速线圈,但存在系统复杂、成本高、易干扰感应装定信号等不足。为此,提出将现已成熟的地磁传感器技术引入引信设计中,在弹丸出炮口后效期后,由地磁传感器多次测量弹丸旋转周期,通过引信电路内置单片机及超高速A/D进行信号采集、数据处理及弹道解算等操作,将弹丸平均旋转周期换算为实际初速。采用上述原理可在简化武器系统的同时,降低对现役防空武器系统的技术改造难度及成本。The muzzle velocity measuring coil is mostly adopted in the velocity measuring method of timing and ranging rifle cannon weapon system,but the shortcomings of the method result in system complexity,high cost,easy interference to induction setting signal.Therefore,the mature technology of magnetic sensor was introduced in fuze design.After the projectile went out of the muzzle,the projectile rotating period was repeatedly measured by the geomagnetic sensor,and the single chip microcomputer and ultra high speed A/D in the fuze circuit was used to perform the operations of signal collection,data processing and trajectory calculation to convert the average rotating period of the projectile to actual initial velocity.The principles utilized in this paper can simplify the weapon system and decrease the cost and innovation difficulty in in-service air defense weapon system.
