摘 要:分别对黄竹进行简单的正四棱柱成型加工,通过测试,比较切削加工前后竹间材与竹节材的径向承压载荷,分析切削加工对竹材径向抗压能力的影响。通过对比发现,切削后竹间材径向抗压能力有不同程度的降低,竹节材的径向抗压能力明显增加。由此可见,适当切削量的正四棱柱成型加工对竹段径向承压能力的影响不大。成型竹段经拼接与覆面形成空心结构竹/木复合板材在力学上具有明显的优势。In order to develop a natural hollow structure bamboo/wood composite board,this paper tested and compared the radial compression capacity between original stalks and four-prism formed sections of dendrocalamus membranceus.The effect of forming on the radial compression capacity was analyzed.It was found that the radial compressing demolish load of the formed inter-node stalks reduced to some extent but that of the formed node section increased obviously.So appropriate cutting amount has little effect on the radial compression capacity of small diameter bamboos.A bamboo/wood composite board made from the natural hollow four-prism structure bamboo sectors has a obvious mechanical advantage.
