摘 要:磷炉尾气是富含CO 80%~90%的燃料.但由于尾气中含有大量PH3,作为锅炉燃料利用时对金属材料腐蚀严重.本文分析了磷炉尾气主要有害杂质P4、PH3、H2S燃烧时发生的反应,认为对锅炉材料产生的腐蚀主要是燃气中PH3的存在所致.通过SEM测试受损锅炉部件,其腐蚀产物形态验证了腐蚀机理分析.采用催化氧化方法去除尾气中PH3等杂质后的净化气,经过时达4年的燃烧应用,验证了磷炉尾气使用催化氧化法净化后,可作为锅炉优质燃料安全使用.Yellow Phosphorus exhaust gas is a kind of fuel which has CO 80%~90%.However,yellow phosphorus exhaust gas contains a large number of PH3,the boiler material was seriously corroded as fuel.The reactions of the main harmful impurities P4,PH3,H2S are analyzed when the gas is burning.It is regarded as that the corrosion of boiler material is mainly caused by the gas in the presence of PH3.The analysis about corrosion mechanism has been verified by the corrosion products and forms,of which the damaged boiler parts were tested by SEM.Exhaust gas was purified to remove such impurities in the on of PH3 gas by catalytic oxidation methods.The gas purified has been burning for 4 years as fuel.It has been verified that yellow phosphorus exhaust gas was purified by the catalytic oxidation,it can be safely used as boiler fuel.
