摘 要:采用直接烘干法,测定了HD滤嘴添加剂和小麦麸皮在25℃,不同相对湿度(29%、54%、75%、100%)下的吸湿百分率、吸湿速率和临界相对湿度,对HD滤嘴添加剂和小麦麸皮的吸湿性进行比较,并根据HD滤嘴添加剂的扫描电镜图,分析吸湿性变化的原因.结果表明:①HD滤嘴添加剂的临界相对湿度是76%;②在相同条件下,滤嘴添加剂的吸附能力明显高于小麦麸皮,但吸附速度较慢;③吸附量随环境湿度的增加而增加,由于滤纸添加剂的中空结构,当相对湿度>75%时,吸附量在30 h出现一个平台,50 h后继续增加.该研究为其贮存和应用提供理论指导.Moisture absorption percent,moisture absorption rate and critical relative humidity of HD fiber additive and wheat brain at different relative humidity(29%,54%,75%,100%)were investigated used to direct drying method on the condition of 25℃.The difference of moisture absorption between HD fiber additive and wheat brain were compared.According to scanning electron micrographs,the reason that moisture absorption of HD fiber additive changed was analyzed.The results showed that: ① Critical relative humidity of HD fiber additive was 76 %;② The adsorption capacity of filter additive was higher than wheat bran under the same conditions,but the adsorption rate was slower;③ Adsorption capacity increased with humidity increasing.Due to hollow structure of filter additives,the absorbance occurred a platform in 30 h,and continued to increase after 50 h when the relative humidity over 75%.The study provided theoretical guidance for Storage and application of HD fiber additive.
