摘  要:采用经改造的含红外测温仪和分析天平的家用微波炉系统进行红土矿干燥实验,研究了不同微波功率和红土矿粒径对红土矿失重速度的影响。结果表明:适合的微波功率条件为700 W,20 min可使红土矿所含游离水的脱水率达到95%,高于传统干燥的效果;在-60+200目的粒度范围内,粒径大的红土矿脱除水的绝对量较粒径小的要大,微波干燥后的粒径分布趋于集中,有利于进一步处理。实验进一步表明,红土矿在微波加热下达不到脱除结晶水的温度,并初步探索出加入炭粉可在一定程度上改善红土矿在实验微波炉中的升温效果。The microwave oven with infrared thermodetector and analytical balance has been used in the experiment.In Virtue of the equipment,the test of microwave drying on laterite ore has been done,and the effect of microwave power and particle size on the speed of reduction in weight of laterite has been studied.The result shows: the optimal choice of microwave power is 700 W,and dehydration rate of educt water in laterite is 95.486% after drying 20 min,which is better than traditional drying system;what's more,in the range of-60+100 mesh.,the removed educt water of laterite with bigger particle size is more than laterite with small particle size,and the distribution of particle size tends to be centralized after microwave drying,which is beneficial in further processing.Furthermore,the experiment indicates that Laterite can't get the temperature of dehydrated crystal water with microwave heating.It is studied that the rising in temperature of laterite has been improved on some extent by means of adding coke or preheating.
