摘　　要：移动通信系统归属位置寄存器(HLR)的业务处理过程对系统的实时性和可用性有很高的设计要求。针对传统HLR所涉及的一些突出问题,介绍了一种以内存数据库TimesTen作为主数据库、高性能商用数据库Oracle作为备份数据库的负载均衡的分布式HLR系统,给出了系统结构和实现方式,并对关键技术加以分析。The transaction process of HLR（Home Location Register） in a mobile telecommunication system has a very high request for real-time and applicability.Aim at some outstanding problems that traditional HLR involves,this paper proposes a kind of load well-balanced and distributed HLR system,which considers MMDB（Main Memory Database） TimesTen as its main database and high performance DRDB（Disk Resides Database） Oracle as its backup database.This paper gives the system structure and implementation method,and analyzes the key technology.
