摘 要:以愈创木酚和乙醛酸为原料,通过缩合反应首先合成3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇酸,再经电解氧化制备香兰素.缩合反应研究原料的配比、原料的加入方式、反应温度、反应时间、反应体系碱浓度等因素对愈创木酚和乙醛酸缩合反应的影响;电解反应研究电流强度、电解时间、碱浓度对香兰素收率的影响,并筛选出较佳的实验条件.缩合反应收率为85%,电解氧化反应收率为92%,总收率为78%.产物结构用IR、1HNMR作了表征.3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzyl ethanol acid was synthesized with guaiacol and glyoxylic acid and it was prepared for vanillin by electrochemical oxidation method.The ratio of raw materials,the method of feeding in materials,the reaction temperature,reaction time,and the concentration of alkali were studied in condensation reaction.Current strength,electrolysis time,and alkali concentration were studied in electrochemical reaction.The optimum experimental conditions were confirmed.Condensation reaction yield reached 85 %.Electrochemical oxidation reaction yield was 92 %,and total yield was 78 %.Structure of the product was characterized by using IR and 1H-NMR.
