富柴油中萘的吸附分离研究

摘  要:以活性炭为吸附剂吸附分离富柴油中的萘.通过静态和动态实验,测定富柴油中萘在吸附剂上的吸附平衡关系及溶液浓度和流速对活性炭填充床突破时间的影响.研究吸附剂的再生方法,及多次再生对固定床再生效率的影响.实验表明:富柴油中的萘在吸附剂上的吸附是多层的物理吸附,满足BET方程;用过热水蒸气吹填充床,可使活性炭吸附剂再生,再生效率在90%以上.Using activated carbon as adsorbent,adsorb the naphthalene of naphthalen-rich diesel fuel was adsorbed and desorbed.Through the static and dynamic experiments,determine the balanced relationship of naphthalene of naphthalen-rich diesel fuel in the adsorbent was determined,and solution concentration and flow rate influence on the activated carbon fixed bed breakthrough time were investigated,and also studied the method of adsorbent regeneration,and repeated regeneration influence on the fixed bed regeneration were studied.Experimental results showed that the adsorptionb was a multi-layered physical adsorption,obeying the BET equation and using the hot steam to blow the fixed bed,could make the adsorbent regeneration.Regeneration efficiency was above 90 %.
