摘  要:分别以Pd修饰的碳纳米管(Pd/CNT)、碳纳米管(CNT)、CeO2、ZrO2和Pd为促进剂对CuO-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂进行改性,在反应温度230~270℃、压力2.3~2.9 MPa、空速3 000~9 000 h-1条件下,考察各催化剂在CO2加氢合成甲醇反应中的催化活性,并利用SEM、XRD、H2-TPR、BET测试技术对催化剂进行结构表征.结果表明:促进剂对CuO-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂的改性作用依次为:Pd/CNT〉CNT〉ZrO2〉CeO2〉Pd.其中,Pd/CNT作为一种高效促进剂,显著提高了催化剂的比表面积,减小了催化剂的颗粒直径,促进活性组分Cu的分散,提高催化剂的还原性能,明显改善CuO-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂的催化性能.CuO-ZnO-A12O3 Catalysts were modified respectively by promoters Pd/CNT,CNT,CeO2,ZrO2,and Pd.Catalytic performance of these catalysts for hydrogenation of CO2 to methanol was evaluated at reaction temperature 230~270 ℃,operation pressure 2.3~2.9 MPa,space velocity 3 000~9 000 h-1.The structure of catalysts was characterized by SEM,XRD,H2-TPR and BET techniques.The results showed that effect of promoters on CuO-ZnO-A12O3 Catalysts was Pd/CNTCNTZrO2CeO2Pd.As an excellent promoter,Pd-modified CNT(Pd/CNT) increased specific surface area of the catalyst,decreased the diameter of its particles,promoted dispersion of active component Cu,and improved obviously reduction property and catalytic performance of the catalyst.
