摘  要:采用超声波促进化学接枝法,在水相悬浮体系中将甲基丙烯酸(MAA)接枝到聚丙烯(PP)纤维表面,制备出接枝率为7.5%的弱酸性阳离子交换纤维(PP-g-MAA纤维).探讨反应时间、引发剂浓度、单体浓度等工艺条件对接枝率的影响.红外光谱数据证明MAA接枝到PP链上.考察PP-g-MAA纤维对重金属Cd2+和Cu2+的吸附性能.实验表明:PP-g-MAA纤维对Cd2+和Cu2+具有较好的吸附能力,当初始质量浓度为10 mg/L时,PP-g-MAA纤维对Cd2+和Cu2+的吸附率分别为90%和95%.用Langmu ir和Freund lich方程对其吸附等温线进行线性回归.结果表明,PP-g-MAA纤维对Cd2+和Cu2+的吸附在研究的浓度范围内比较符合Langmu ir模型,但只有在离子质量浓度低于10 mg/L时才符合Freund lich模型.The weakly acidic cation-exchange fiber was prepared by the graft copolymerization of methacrylic acid(MAA) onto polypropylene(PP) fiber.The synthesis of PP-g-MAA was carried out using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as an initiator,dimethylbenzene as a swelling reagent and deionized water as a solvent in the case of the ultrasonic wave.The effect of reaction time,initiator concentration and monomer concentration on graft ratio was discussed.The structure of PP-g-MAA fiber was verified by FT-IR.The adsorption behaviors of PP-g-MAA fiber on heavy metal ion such as Cd2+ and Cu2+ were investigated.The experimental results showed that PP-g-MAA fiber had a good adsorption capacity,and when cation concentration was 10 mg/L,the adsorption ratio reached a maximum of 90 % of Cd2+ and 95 % of Cu2+,respectively.The adsorption equilibrium date of Cd2+ and Cu2+ obeyed Langmuir model in the investigated concentration range,but Freundlich model in the concentration was less than 10 mg/L.
