摘　　要：本文以影响学校体育与社区体育互动发展的体制和机制障碍为切入点,分析了转型时期影响学校体育与社区体育双效互动的体育管理运行机制和组织管理体制之间日益增长的矛盾,探讨了具体对策与建议,旨在为学校体育和社区体育互动的合理化管理献计献策;为职能领导部门制定方针政策、指导城市学校体育和社区体育的融合互动发展,提供理论依据和实践参考。At present,theoretically studies the school sports and the community sports interactive development has the importance and the feasibility,but the development implementation in reality is actually truly slow.This article from affects the school sports and the community sports interaction development system and the machine-made barrier is a breakthrough point,analyzed the reforming time to affect the school sports and between the community sports double-effect interaction sports management operational mechanism and the organization management system＇s day-by-day growth contradiction as well as has discussed the concrete countermeasure and the suggestion,was for the purpose of suggests plans for the school sports and the community sports interaction rationalization management;Formulates the general and specific policies for the function leadership department,to instruct city school sports and the community sports fusion interaction development,provides the theory basis and the practice reference.
