培养高校体育志愿者的必要性及影响因素探析

摘　　要：探讨高校体育志愿者活动持续发展的可行性,找到其发展的影响因素,力求引起政府、学校、体育部门与非营利组织的关注,共同寻求合理的解决办法,从而促进高校体育志愿者事业的蓬勃发展,为我国体育事业作出贡献。Try to find out the feasibility of colleges and universities PE volunteer active sustained and resonably development,find out the development influence factor.Make every effort to bring a great attention to of government,school,PE department and non-seek profits.Make them issue common to seek the reasonable and sovable methods,then promote the colleges and universities PE volunteer cause flourishing development and contribute for the Chinese PE cause.
