摘 要:目的:比较腭裂患儿修复术前后听力阈值及听觉诱发电位变化。方法:检测24例腭裂患儿修复术前后听力阈值及听觉诱发电位,自身对照,x2检验。结果:①术前听力阈值异常率93.8%,术后43.8%;术前听觉诱发电位45.8%有Ⅰ波潜伏期延长或Ⅰ波分化不良,术后为4.2%,改善极显著,P<0.005。②术前轻度及中重度听力障碍22耳、23耳,术后分别有13、20耳改善,两者无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:①腭裂修复术能显著改善患儿听力阈值及听觉诱发电位。②术前听力障碍程度与预后无关。Objective:To compare change of auditory evoked potential and hearing threshold before and after palatoplasty in patients with cleft palate.Methods:The hearing threshold and BAEP were examined before and after palatoplasty in twenty-four patients with cleft palates.Results:①The abnoronal rate of hearing threshold before palatoplasty was 93.8%,and 43.8% after palatoplasty ;There were 45.8% prolonged latency or undifferentiated form of wave I of BAEP before palatoplasty and 4.2% after palatoplasty(P〈0.005).②Before palatoplasty,mild hearing lose was found in 22 ears,moderate and server were 23 ears,after palatoplasty,hearing level was improved in 13 and 20 ears separately,when comparison,there was no significant difference between the groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The palatoplasty can improve hearing threshold and brainstem auditory evoked potential.The prognosis has no relation with the level of hearing lost before palatoplasty.
