涉县人群盖塔病毒感染状况研究

摘　　要：目的了解涉县夏季正常人群和发烧样病人中盖塔病毒感染状况。方法采用抗体捕捉ELISA方法检测盖塔病毒IgM抗体和间接ELISA方法检测IgG抗体。结果正常人群IgM抗体阳性率为0.30%(1/300);IgG抗体阳性率为16.30%(49/300)。发烧样病人盖塔病毒IgM抗体阳性率0.63%(2/317)。结论正常人群对盖塔病毒易感,感染率较高,为16.67%;夏季发烧样病人中也存在盖塔病毒感染,但感染率比例很低。这具有重要的流行病学意义。Objective In order to study the infection status of Getah virus to the normal people and the patients with fever.Method To detect Getah virus IgM by capture ELISA and IgG antibody by indirect ELISA respectively.Results The positive rate of Getah virus IgM antibody was 0.30%（1/300）in the normal people,and the IgG antibody was 16.30%（49/300）.The positive rate of IgM antibody was 0.63%（2/317）in the patients with fever in summer.Conclusions Populations was susceptible to Getah virus and the infection rate was 16.67%.There was Getah virus infection in the patients with fever in summer,but the rate was low,it has important epidemiology significance.
