摘　　要：我国为一个多地震国家,较大震级地震发生后,给人民群众的生命财产带来巨大损失。在抗震救灾时必须要进行卫生防疫应急处理措施,建立疾病监测系统,加强疫情监测,科学开展消杀灭工作,严控传染性疾病及人兽共患病的发生,同时要针对性地开展心理危机干预措施,降低地震灾难对个体心理的影响,确保"灾后无大疫"。The earthquake happened frequently in our country and brought great huge damage to people＇s life and property.For the aim ＂no epidemic happened in earthquake-stricken area＂,we should develop the sanitation and epidemic prevention measures,establish a disease surveillance system and strengthen the epidemic monitoring,carry out scientifically disinfection work,and strictly control the infectious disease and zoonosis happen.At the same time the psychological crisis-interventions should be carried out for reducing the impact of the earthquake on the individual psychology.
