摘　　要：结合实践,阐明健全普通级大动物实验室生物安全防护措施的必要性,并从实验室布局与硬件配置、运行管理、卫生防疫、动物管理、人员管理与保护等多方面阐述确保生物安全的具体措施。The paper expressed the necessity of strengthening bio-safety protection measures in large animal laboratory according to the practices in our laboratory.Besides,we also expressed the concrete measures from the aspects of laboratory layout,hardware configuration,the daily administration,the health and disease prevention,the animal administration,personnel management and so on.
