潞西市健康人群乙型脑炎免疫水平调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解潞西市农村健康人群的乙型脑炎免疫水平,为制定乙脑防治对策提供科学依据。方法将潞西市设为乙脑监测点,于流行季节前后分别采集健康人群血清标本,采用间接法ELISA检测乙脑IgG抗体,并进行统计分析。结果 2006年流行季节前(5月)采集血清199份,阳性21份,阳性率10.55%,流行季节后(11月)采集血清209份,阳性58份,阳性率27.75%,统计学检验有显著性差异。结论潞西市乙脑免疫水平较低,有发生乙脑流行危险,要通过疫苗接种提高免疫水平。Objective To understand the immunization level of Japanese encephalitis among healthy population in Luxi rural,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Method Luxi County was set to be the Japanese encephalitis surveillance spot and serum samples were collected among the healthy population before and after the epidemic seasons,IgG antibody was tested by indirect ELISA method and analyzed by statistical methods.Results Before the epidemic season of 2006（May）,199 serum samples were collected,among them,21 were positive and the positive rate was 10.55%,after the epidemic season（November）209 serum samples were collected,and 58 were positive,positive rate was 27.75%,and there was significant statistical difference.Conclusions The immunization level of Japanese encephalitis in Luxi County was low and there was the risk of Japanese encephalitis epidemic.So we should improve the immunization level through vaccination.
