管理制度对体育专业学生学习影响的调查

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、访谈、文献资料等方法对与体育专业学生学习密切相关的学校管理制度进行了调查研究,发现高校有关管理规章制度等硬性约束手段会对学生的学习产生一定消极影响。对此提出了相应的改善措施,以促进学生更好地学习。In this paper,a questionnaire survey,interviews,documents and materials are used to conduct the research on the university management system which closely related to the physical education students studying and find that some rigid constraints means will have a significant negative impact on the improvements for physical education students.Corresponding improvement measures are proposed for this to provide a college managerial decision-making reference for improving the management practices,develop practical and effective strategies to promote the students learn better.
