摘 要:采用正交试验法对翅果油树叶片中总黄酮浸提提取和微波萃取两种提取工艺进行了比较研究,结果表明:浸提提取法最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶25,提取时间240 min,提取温度70℃,总黄酮得率可达2.34%;微波萃取法的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶20,萃取时间25 min,萃取压力0.20 MKP,总黄酮得率可达3.13%;两种工艺相比,微波萃取法不仅可有效地缩短和减少提取次数,而且可使总黄酮得率提高37%,为此可作为从翅果油树叶片中提取总黄酮的一种优选工艺加以运用.In this study,two kinds of extraction process for total flavonoids from leaves of Elaeagnus mollis Diels were compared by orthogonal experimental.The optimum conditions of leaching extraction were ethanol concentration 60 %,ratio of material to liquid 1∶25,extraction time 240 min,bath temperature 70 ℃.Based on these conditions,the extracting rate was 2.34 %.The optimum conditions of microware extraction were Ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of material to liquid 1∶20,extraction time 25 min,extraction pressure 0.25 MKP,the extracting rate could get up 3.13 %.By comparing with two extraction process,the results indicated that the microwave extraction not only could effectively shorten extraction time and reduce the extraction times,but also made the extracting rate increase 37 %.So microware extraction as a preferred technology can be used to extracting total flavonoids from leaves of Elaeagnus mollis Diels.
