摘　　要：在职业教育和社会经济快速发展的今天,高等工科师范院校的人才培养应更好地适应社会需求,整合学校有效资源,建立工程实践基地。依托基地建设,经过对人才培养模式的探索实践,特别提出了"双证书制"、"本科+技师"和"教学改革—科技创新—学科竞赛"等人才培养模式,同时结合基地特色师资队伍建设,进一步完善了人才培养措施。With the rapid development of vocational education and social economic,personnel training in normal colleges of higher engineering should better meet the society demands.Effective integration of school resources and the establishment of engineering practice base are effective measures.Through exploration and practice in personnel training mode,some new modes of talent cultivation are specifically put forward such as ＂double certificate system＂,＂undergraduate and technician＂ and ＂teaching reform-scientific and technological innovation-discipline competition＂.Meanwhile,combining with characteristic construction of teaching staff in base,personnel training measures are further improved.
