摘 要:太阳能热水器对天气的依赖程度较高。在有限的日照时间内,为了提高太阳能的利用率,同时增加太阳能热水器的智能化,结合电子控制系统和机械传动机构,将现行的固定式集热面板设计成可随太阳移动而转动的形式。从而使太阳光始终直射集热器,最大程度利用太阳辐射能。其次,利用附加的太阳能电池板组日常蓄积的电能维持系统运转,无需使用外加电源,减少了常规能源的消耗。设计主要利用太阳能集热板随太阳高度角的改变而改变俯仰角,以此增大太阳光利用率。同时附加太阳能电池板,提供系统运行所需的电能,无需外加电源,节能环保。配以时钟控制、水位监测、风速报警、应急供电系统,实现了太阳能利用率的大幅提升。Solar water heaters highly depend on weather.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy and increase the intelligence of solar water heaters within the limited duration of sunshine,we change present fixed collector panel to automatic moving with sun in the form of rotation with electronic control systems and mechanical transmission.In this way sun always shine collector directly and solar radiation can be used in maximum extent.We use power accumulation from additional set of solar panels to maintain the daily operation of the system,without using external power and reducing consumption of conventional energy.In this design the pitch angle of solar collector panels changes with solar elevation angle,so utilization efficiency of sunlight is greatly increased.Additional set of solar panels apply energy to maintain the daily operation of the system,without using external power and saving energy.Utilization efficiency of solar energy is greatly increased with clock control,water level monitoring,wind speed alarm and emergency power supply system.
