摘  要:以一实际砌体结构为研究对象,根据前期结构检测及可靠性评估,该目标砌体结构综合抗震能力不能满足抗震鉴定要求,需采取适当技术手段对其进行抗震加固改造。本文以结构层间位移角为具体性能指标,以隔震技术为具体加固方法,通过结构动力时程分析,用结构加固前后的楼层加速度、楼层剪力、地震输入能量分配等指标评价了结构抗震性能。分析结果表明,采用隔震加固措施能有效提高砌体结构的抗震安全性,达到具体的抗震设防目标。此分析方法为我国大量高龄服役、不能满足现行规范而短期内又继续存在的旧有砌体结构建筑的抗震加固提供了有益的参考。Based on the study of previous structure detection and reliability evaluation for a masonry instructional building,the result shows that the seismic safety of the target masonry building does not satisfy the demand of seismic evaluation code and needs seismic strengthening installed with properly technique.According to the performance index of story drift angle,this paper explored by adopting dynamic time history analysis with base isolated strengthening technique,the seismic performance is evaluated by using the performance index of story acceleration,story shear and distribution of inputting seismic energy.The result shows that the seismic safety of the target masonry building installed with base isolated system can be largely enhanced and attain the specific seismic fortification target.This paper plays an instructional role in seismic strengthening design of a lot of existing masonry structures in China that do not satisfy the demand of the current seismic design code.
