摘 要:抗震设防不符合规范要求的底部框架抗震墙砖房,在结构体系、底部墙体的布置和抗震构造措施方面均存在许多问题,使得这类房屋的抗震性能相对比较薄弱。本文分析了底部框架抗震墙砖房底层刚度薄弱等结构特点及其在地震作用下的反应,针对该类结构的震害特征,讨论了该类房屋鉴定标准及主要技术要点,总结了加大构件截面及增设支撑等加固方法。在连云港某小区底部框架抗震砖墙住宅楼加固设计之前,为了对该住宅楼进行科学的现状评价,本文依据《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB50023—2009)中新提出的两级鉴定办法,对该住宅楼进行了抗震鉴定,全面展示了两级鉴定过程,提出并论证了加固方案的可行性,为后续的加固设计工作提供了可靠的前提。Many shortages in terms of seismic performance would come up with the bottom frame-seismic structural wall houses,if they were not fortified normally.Structural characteristics and the seismic reaction of this kind of houses are analyzed in this paper.The specific identification standard with certain technical points and strengthening methods are also discussed.According to the new measure in appraising process by two steps proposaled in the"Standard for seismic appraiser of building"(GB50023—2009),one typical project case located in the City of Lianyungang is analyzed before the strengthening design work,the scientific assessment of its current situation is given,the two steps of the seismic evaluation are presented,and a feasible strengthening scheme is proposed and confirmed finally,which provides a reliable precondition for the later strengthening design.
