局部亲水整理聚丙烯纺粘非织造布探讨

摘　　要：针对卫生巾、纸尿裤产品需有效防止侧渗的使用特点,采用亲水整理助剂对聚丙烯纺粘非织造布进行局部亲水整理,采用全因子、单因子试验法研究亲水整理的影响因素,研究局部亲水整理的可行性,得出亲水助剂控制在1%～1.5%时非织造布的亲水性和柔软度最优。Considering Sanitary napkin and paper diaper need excellent characteristics of lateral infiltrate,partial hydrophilic finishing should be made on the PP spun-bonded nonwovens materials.Studying on feasibility and effect factors of partial hydrophilic finishing using the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the results of study display that hydrophilicity and softness of nonwovens materials are optimal when the concentration of hydrophilic additive is controlled at 1%～1.5%.
