摘　　要：现代工程装备作为复杂的机、电、液一体化设备,测试性技术的应用越来越受到重视和发展。在简述测试性技术发展的基础上,分析了BIT技术、ATE技术、BIT与ATE组合测试技术、综合诊断技术以及PHM技术在工程装备中的应用特点和形式,结合机电液一体化工程装备的结构和功能特点,分析提出了当前工程装备测试性所存在的问题及对策。Testability technology and its application in modern engineering equipment,which is a mechanical-electronic-hydraulic complex equipment,are paid more attention and development.Based on summarizing the development of testability technology,this paper analyzes the application characteristic and form of BIT,ATE,BIT and ATE combined test,integrated diagnostics and PHM technologies in engineering equipment,in addition according to structure and function characteristic of engineering equipment,indicates the problem and resolvent of its testability.
