摘　　要：目前交流焊机的应用非常广泛,但其空载时间较长,空载电压高,一方面造成大量电能的浪费,另一方面危及操作人员的人身安全。基于此,从实际出发,设计了一套安全节能控制器,将其应用于交流电弧焊机,可以实现安全、节能的控制目标。The use of AC Arc Welder is extensive in today.But its time without load is long and the voltage without load is high.So a lot of energy is wasted.It endangers the life of welder.The safe and energy-save controller is designed and used into AC Arc Welder by paying great attention to reality.So the aim of safety and energy-saver is realized.
