摘　　要：卷烟生产企业使用压棒机将除尘器收集到的烟尘压成棒料,防止对环境造成二次污染。介绍了当前烟草企业普遍使用的液压式压棒机的结构、主要工作原理及关键技术特点,如液压系统、特种压尘油缸、螺旋送料器、控制程序设计、自动检测装置等;分析实际应用过程中经常出现的故障,并提出几点改进意见。实际应用表明,改进后的液压式压棒机稳定性显著提高。The enterprise of cigarette production uses Hydraulic Pressure Stick Machine to press the dust collected by dust catcher into bar,to prevent secondary pollution on the environment.This paper researches the machine's structure,main principles and key technologies,such as the hydraulic systems,special pressure cylinder,feeding equipment,Control System and automatic detection devices.We made improvement to the stick machine's control system and detecting system during use.Practical application in tobacco industry shows that the stick machine's stability was obviously enhanced by the improvement.
