油脂碱炼水洗废水用于脱胶中的研究

摘  要:是对油脂碱炼过程中的水洗废水用于脱胶工序的水化热水进行了研究。探讨了水洗废水添加量、磷酸添加量、脱胶时间、脱胶温度对脱胶效果的影响。通过单因素与正交试验,确定了最佳工艺条件:水洗废水添加量为14%,磷酸添加量为0.2%,脱胶时间30 min,脱胶温度78℃,在此条件下,得到脱胶油的磷含量为19.6 mg/kg,经过碱炼工序后,得到碱炼油的磷含量为5.8 mg/kg。同时,采用水洗废水脱胶,生产每千克成品油可节省能量34~36 kJ。因此,日产100 t成品油的工厂可节省煤近0.5 t、水14 t,进而节省了生产费用。Aiming to apply the wastewater from oils and fats alkali refining process in degumming process,the effects of wastewater amount,phosphoric acid dosage,degumming time,and degumming temperature were studied.Through single factor and orthogonal tests,the optimum conditions were determined.Results:The determined optimum conditions are wastewater amount 14% of oil,phosphoric acid dosage 0.2% of oil,degumming time 30 min and degumming temperature 78 ℃.The phosphorus content of the degummed oil under the above conditions is 19.6 mg/kg;through further alkali refining process,the phosphorus content of the refined oil is 5.8 mg/kg.Meanwhile,34~36 kJ can be saved for producing 1 kg oil product.Therefore,applying wastewater from alkali refining process in degumming process can save coal 0.5 ton and water 14 tons daily in an oil plant of daily production 100 ton.
